New Payment Options for Your Business Year-End

At Provision CPAs, we strive to deliver the highest level of professional service. In order to facilitate this, we are migrating to a convenient pre-authorized invoicing and payment system through a secure, encrypted online portal called Practice Ignition.

We are making this change to minimize the administrative work related to after-the-fact billings and collection and to gain a better understanding of our future work flow to aid in our staffing and scheduling in an effort to provide more reliable and timely completion of your year-end.

Benefits to you and your business:

  • Your get cost certainty by agreeing upon your accounting fees for the upcoming year before starting the engagement
  • Pre-authorized payments save the cost and hassle of missing payment deadlines – we accept payments through Direct Debit, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
  • The cash flow impact of the annual fees can be spread out over the course of the year and not due all at once.

You will be emailed a proposal agreement 1 month after your corporation’s year-end date. Once you have reviewed it, you will be required to digitally sign and enter your pre-authorized payment information. Payment of the invoice will be processed according to your chosen payment schedule or default to a quarterly payment schedule (if no preferred payment schedule was submitted). Please reach out to us if you would like to revise the payment schedule after it’s been sent out.

For example, if you had a December 31, 2020 year-end, the payment options would be as follows:

Monthly

  • Proposal is split into 12 payments
  • Each payments is processed on the last day of each month starting on January 31, 2021 and ending on December 31, 2021

Quarterly

  • Proposal is split into 4 payments
  • Payments are processed on the following dates:
    • June 30, 2021
    • September 30, 2021
    • December 31, 2021
    • March 31, 2022

Semi-annual

  • Proposal is split into 2 payments
  • Payments are processed on the following dates:
    • June 30, 2021
    • December 31, 2021

Annual

Payment will be dated on the year-end date of December 31, 2021
